The Deal.

So here’s the deal: I need your help.

I need your help to  regain control of my company and safeguard my vision.

This isn’t about the money for me – I truly don’t care about that.

That is why,  in return for your support, I will commit 20% of my dividends, in perpetuity, for a good cause through The Boy and The Crocodile Foundation.

I’ll be honest—this isn’t easy for me to ask. But I’m reaching out to people I trust because I believe we can make this happen together. I need to raise a total of €50K, and if each of you can contribute €1K, we’ll reach that goal. Your support would mean the world to me!

What’s in it for you? By helping me, you’re essentially paying a good deed forward, supporting an endowment that will benefit dispossessed children for years to come.

You will also have the opportunity to serve on the Foundation’s Board of Directors, should you wish, giving you a vital voice in its decisions and processes.

And there’s a small treat too! Anyone who helps me reach this goal will receive free merch from our upcoming and future collections in perpetuity, plus a limited edition T-shirt from The Boys at No. 5 next merch Capsule Collection, with all profits going to the Foundation.

Love and thanks,

Dino xx

Some Context.

Since childhood, thanks to my parents, I've carried a deep desire to help others, always promising myself that I would make a difference when I grew older. But as I matured and extended my hand to those in need, whenever less self-absorbed, I often felt as though what I was doing was never enough. And it  wasn’t emptiness I felt, but rather a sense that true help had to be something big. And I wasn’t big enough to offer that. Yet, over time, I came to understand that helping others isn’t about money or deep pockets—it’s about having a heart that cares.

Then, when I started The Boys at Number Five, something began to shift. We initiated small acts of kindness—here and there, small initiatives, sometimes through my son’s kindergarten, and other community efforts. Yet, I yearned to do more, something more concrete, something that could inspire and unite friends and like-minded souls.

The birth of my son awakened within me a profound sense of gratitude and responsibility. I realized that the intense love and protection he enjoys are not a matter of entitlement, but of sheer luck. He lives in a bubble, nurtured by a unique environment, while countless other children grow up in far less fortunate circumstances.

This understanding has become the driving force behind our mission. The foundation will be dedicated to helping those children who do not share in our privileges, who deserve the same love and care that we are so blessed to provide for our own.

It is named in memory of my cousin’s young son, Yiannis, a unique boy who passed away at the tender age of six, and it bears the name of his favorite animal - a crocodile. This Foundation is not just a vague initiative to us but a tribute to his short yet meaningful life and a commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of others.
